what's not to eat

Racism refers to discriminating against or in favour of a person of one race vs another or others. Question: Could it be species-ist (or genus-ist, family-ist, order-ist, class-ist, phylum-ist, kingdom-ist or even, god forbid, domain-ist) to adopt a vegetarian diet? ("It's life Jim, but not as we know it!")
